Ingredients:

| 3 Cups of white flour | 1.1 pounds of date preserves (spread) (500g) |

| 8 Ounce of butter (230g) |
1 1/2 tea spoons of cinnamon powder |

| 3 tea spoons of rosewater |
1 tea spoon on vanilla extract | |
| 1.8 ounce of confectioner’s sugar (50g) |
3.5 ounces of smashed walnut (100g) |

| 1 Tea spoon of pure vanilla extract | Decoration: | |

Preparations:
Cookies dough:
1. mix all the ingridients up to one “chunk” (by hand or by mixer)
Stuffing:
1. mix all the ingridients up to one “chunk” (by hand)
Make the cookies:
1. make small round pase
2. fill the stuffing (small ball in each round)
3. close the round completely and make it a little ball
4. decorate the shapes you want on it (the ones on the picture are made with a special tool)

when done put into the oven in a 347 (Fahrenheit) (175C) for 20-25 minutes (when it starts to be just a bit browner)
