Cheese cake with cookie crumbles

People loves cheese cakes, but some of are real big chocolate fans… I found that even the biggest chocolate lovers will fall for this one…

Ingredients:

For the Base: For the Cake:
7 ounces of butter (200g)
2 white egg
2 yellow (yolk) eggs
1/2 cup of white sugar
2 table spoons of white sugar
1 ounce of vanilla sugar (30g)
2 cups or white flour (280g)
1 pint of whipping cream (500ml)

6 table spoons of white sugar (separately)

1 1/2 tea spoon of gelatin
17.5 ounces of white cheese (500g)

Preparations:

Making the base:

1. mix all the base ingredients together and split it to 2 baking pans (1 for the cake – rounded, and for the other it doesn’t matter). make it flat bases for the 2 baking pans.

2. put it into a preaheated oven to 356 (F) or 180(C) for about 10 minutes (until it gets golden)

3. cool it down, take a fork and mash one of the bases (not the round one we made for the cake), this will be our crumbles….

Making the cake:

1. mix the egg white + the 1/2 cup of sugar until you get nice and smooth cream.

2. mix separately the whipping cream + 6 table spoons of white sugar until you get a stable mixture.

3. mix the 2 mixtures together (fold it together)

4. add the white cheese, vanilla sugar and gelatin and fold it all together.

5. put it into the cooled baking pan (rounded), and sprinkle the crumbles over the top.

6. let it rest in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
