Posted by Tom On October - 25 - 2009

They come in all shapes and flavours, this is the basic recipe to make good and tasty meringue that will fit to any other flavour of dessert.

meringue

Ingredients:

For the Meringue:
4 eggs white
1 cup of white sugar
3.5 ounces of confectioner’s sugar(100g)

Preparations:

1. Mix the egg white until you get a foam

2. add the white sugar and keep mixing until you get a smooth and shiny foam (stable)

3. add the confectioner’s sugar and mix it a bit more (not too much)

4. put into a decoration bag

5. splash the stuffing on a baking paper (slowly equable pushes) on a baking pan

6. pun into the preheated oven to 150 (F) or 70 (c) for 3-4 hours

The foam we made will get stable when you touch it and will dry. you don’t need to really bake it. just dry it slowly… patience:)
