Those cookies are beautiful and they take so long to make but when you’ll get all the compliments you will forget how long it took!

Ingredients:

| 3.5 ounces of butter (100g) |

| 1.7 ounces of confectioner’s sugar (50g) |
2.1 ounces of confectioner’s sugar (60g) |

| 3.5 ounces of white flour (100g) |
4.2 ounces or white flour (120g) |

| 1.7 ounces of cornflour(50g) |
1 ounce of cocoa powder (30g) |

| 1 fresh egg yolk | 1 fresh egg yolk |
|
| 1 table spoon of milk |
1 table spoon of milk |
|
| 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract |
Preparations:
start with the white dough.
1. Mix the butter, sugar, flour, cornflour until you get a crumble mixture.
2. add the yolk, vanilla extract, milk and keep mixing until you get a smooth dough
3. let it rest in the fridge (wrapped) for about 30 minutes
While the white dough is resting lets make the black one.
1. mix the butter, sugar, flour, cocoa powder until you get a crumble mixture.
2. add the yolk and milk and keep on mixing until you get a nice and smooth dough.
3. put in the fridge (wrapped) for about 30 minutes
we have 2 kinds of dough:

Let’s make the shapes:
1. beat flat the 2 kinds of dough, don’t let them touch one another. flat it to a thick of about 0.5 inch (1.3cm).
2. cut out strings from it and create 3 lines it goes like this:

3. when you done – put in the fridge the whole shape we made until it’s hard and we will be able to cut it)
4. cut it like susi:) like in the picture but thicker

last step: into a preheated oven to 365 F (180C) for about 10-12 minutes.
