Chocolate Chips cookies

Everybody loves chocolate chips cookies, we all know those cookies have like a million versions of recipes. I love it when the cookies are crusty at the base and edges, and soft in the middle… this recipe will give you the result wanted. Also a little secret of how to make same size cookies.

Ingredients:

For the Cookies:
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar (the darker)
7 ounces of butter (200g)
2 fresh eggs
2 cups of white flour
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 tea spoon of baking soda
1 cup of Quaker
1 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup ofwhite chocolate chips

Preparations:

1. mix the butter with the 2 types of sugar until you get smooth mixture

2. add the eggs one by one while mixing, keep on mixing for about 2 minutes (you’ll get a smooth airy mixture)

3. add all the rest of the ingredients.

4. cool the dough in the fridge for about 20 minutes

baking secret 5. create the round shapes, take a table spoon (can use ice cream spoon with spring – smallest you have) and wink half balls from the dough (tied), this will make sure all of the cookies will be in the same shape and size.

6. put into a preheated oven to 365 F (180C), for about 12 minutes (until the cookies gets a little browner and the edges are crusty)

7. cool down and only then take the cookies out of the tray.
