Those Pretzels are a bit salty, people in the middle east love them, hopfully you’ll love them too.

Ingredients:
| For the Pretzel: |
| 3 cups of white flour |
| 1/2 tea spoon of salt |
| 1/2 tea spoon of baking powder |
| 7 ounces of butter |
| 1/3 cup of veg. oil |
| 1/2 cup of water |
| fresh egg + sesame – for decoration |
Preparations:
1. mix the flour, salt and baking powder
2. add the butter and the oil, mix it until you get a crumble texture
3. add the water and mix it until you get a stable dough
4. wrap it in a plastic bag and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes
5. create a circles (like in the pictures) and dip it in the egg and then in the sesame
6. put the cookies into a preheated oven to 338 F (170C) for about 30 minutes or until they are a bit browner
