Ingredients:

For the dough:   For the stuffing:
2.2 punds of flour (1kg)
Nutella paste
1.7 ounces of fresh yeast (50g) – grainy
Jam
0.7 pint of milk (330ml) – 1 1/3
Vanilla paste
1/2 cup of white sugar
or whatever you like
3 fresh eggs

3 ounces of butter (85g)

2 table spoons of Brandy

Preparations:

1. mix half of the flour with the yeast, milk, eggs, sugar and butter

2. add the brandy – this is the secret of how to make the donuts so puffy.

3. add the rest of the flour and keep mixing for 6 minutes

4. cover the dough and let it raise for 30 minutes.

5. create balls (size of tennis balls) or the shape that you’d like to have on a tray.

6. cover the tray with the shaped dough with a towel for 20 more minutes

7. deep fry it (cotton oil is better because it doesn’t have any smell or taste) for like 2 minutes on each side (or until it gets golden brown), if the donuts are golden brown or burn and the inside is not ready yet, lower the temperature you’re using.

8. fill it or deep it in whatever paste you like.
