Reveal The Secrets of Baking

I just love those with the morning coffee it reminds me rainy winter days, I don’t know why but they just do it.

Ingredients:

For the Cookies:
2 1/2 cups of white flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 fresh eggs
2 yolks (from fresh eggs)
1 1/4 cups of white sugar
0.7 ounce of vanilla sugar (20g)
2 table spoon of liquer / brandy
3 cups of walnuts, pistachio, hazelnuts – all combined and not salted

Preparations:

1. mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together in one bowl

2. mix the eggs and yolks with 2 types of sugar in another bowl for about 2 minutes. add the liquer/brandy to it (this step will able to the sugar to be melted)

3. mix the 2 mixture together, add the 3 cups of the mixture (walnuts, pistachio, hazelnuts we made)

4. create 2 loaf of bread alike (to ease this step – use water to wet your hends when you do that, it will ease the stickiness)

5. bake in preheated oven to 350 F (180C) for about 30 minutes each.

6. cool the bread down completely and slice it 0.2 inch each (2cm)

7. put it on a net and bake it in 300 F (150C) until it’s dry completely.
