Well this one I made for my little brother who just turned 8, and like most of the children his age he never was a great eater. but he never passes of this pizza. so I called this pizza over his name…

for about 3-4 pizzas
Ingredients:

| 2.2 pounds of white flour (1kg) |
2 cups fresh tomato sauce |

| 1/2 cup of vegetables oil |
4 table spoons of Ketchup |

| 1.7 ounces of fresh yeast (50g) |
2 table spoons of chopped oregano |
|
| 3 cups of lukewarm water |
2 table spoons of chopped basil |
|
| 3 table spoons of sugar |
2 chopped cloves (garlic) | |
| 1 table spoons of salt |
1 table spoon of salt |

| 1 tea spoon of black pepper |

| Options on top of the cheese: |
||
| olives, onions, safad cheese (salted cheese) | on top: | |
| tuna, anchovy, eggplants | 2 cups of chopped hard cheese |

| 1 cup of chopped mozzarella cheese |
Preparations:
1. mix the white flour with the yeast
2. add the rest of the paste ingredients
3. cover the dough with towel and let the dough to raise for 40 minutes
4. mix all the ingredients of the souce
5. after the dough is ready, open it with the pastry-board (rolling-pin) into a circle
6. spread the souce on it and put the hard cheese and mozzarella on (and the optional additions)
7. bake it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven to 390 (F) (200C) or until the cheese is a bit burned (like in the pictures)
